Secondary alkyl sulfate-containing powdered laundry detergent compositions

Abstract: The present invention relates to a powdered detergent composition comprising from about 2 percent by weight to about 30 percent by weight, basis the total weight of the composition, of one or more secondary alkyl sulfate compounds and from about 30 percent by weight to about 85 percent by weight, basis the total weight of the composition, of one or more builders, from about 0.1 percent by weight to about 48 percent by weight, basis the total weight of the composition, of one or more fillers, and from about 0 percent by weight to about 12 percent by weight, basis the total weight of the composition, of one or more bleach compounds.
