Abstract: In a control system for an actuator applicable to a servo system in which a low resolution sensor and/or an actuator having a play in a speed-reduction gear mechanism, a control gain for the actuator is adjusted according to a result of comparison between an output signal of a control target and output signal of a controlled object. The control gain for the actuator is a cut-off frequency of a low pass filter installed in a disturbance compensator.
