Abstract: A data communication apparatus having an error correction communication mode, includes a memory for storing data to be transmitted in the error correction communication mode, and a control unit for, when a data amount to be transmitted in the error correction communication mode cannot be stored in the memory, transmitting dummy data in addition to data stored in the memory so as to assure the data amount.
