Telephone apparatus

Abstract: When a call has been transmitted to a telephone apparatus of a user through a communication means, a control means 102 extracts identification data, such as the telephone number, indicating the connected telephone. Then, a comparison is made between extracted data and the telephone number stored in the storage means 104. When coincident registered data is present, the address of a portion in which related image data has been stored is read. Then, reading of the address of the portion in which image data has been stored is controlled to extract image data in a corresponding memory card 103. Extract image data is transferred to a display portion 101 so as to be displayed.
